SLOW COOKED BEEF CASSEROLE
A proper family comfort-food dinner. Rich, slow-cooked beef for the adults, with a gentler Tiny Feaster version bubbling away alongside it. It takes a little time in the oven, but the prep is simple — and once it’s in, you can pretty much leave it to do its thing.
Serves 4 adults and 4 - 6 tiny feasters
CREAMY CHICKEN AND MASCARPONE TOMATO PASTA
Creamy Chicken & Mascarpone Tomato Pasta
A rich, creamy tomato pasta for the whole family. We make one tomato and mascarpone base, scoop out the Tiny Feaster’s portion before seasoning, then turn up the flavour for the grown-ups. It’s comforting, packed with fresh tomatoes and spinach, and brilliant for the freezer too.
Serves: 2–4 adults, 4 Tiny Feasters
TWO PESTO PASTAS
Two Pestos, One Family Dinner
Two super-simple pestos, made in minutes and perfect stirred through spaghetti and served with juicy roasted chicken breast.
The adult version is salty, punchy and packed with olives, Parmesan and parsley, while the Tiny Feaster version uses sweet roasted red pepper for a softer, gentler flavour.
Serves 4 adults and 4 tiny feasters
CHICKEN, SAINT AGUR AND PANCETTA PASTA
This is an indulgent one! Creamy Saint Agur, crispy pancetta, chicken, leeks and broccoli tossed through pasta — proper comfort food for the adults.
Saint Agur and pancetta aren’t particularly Tiny Feaster friendly thanks to their higher salt content, so rather than simply leaving them out, we make a gentler creamy chicken, leek and cheddar pasta alongside it.
The result? Two very different-tasting dinners made from many of the same ingredients.
Makes: 2–4 adult portions + around 4 Tiny Feaster portions
SALMON WELLINGTON TWO WAYS
One meal. Two versions. The whole family fed.
This feels like a bit of a showstopper, but it’s actually incredibly simple to put together. The adult version combines salmon with prawns, dill and horseradish cream cheese, spinach and Parma ham, all wrapped up in golden puff pastry.
For our Tiny Feasters, the same meal is stripped right back — salmon, spinach and a simple dill cream cheese filling wrapped into individual little pastry parcels.
Serves 4 adults and 3 tiny feasters
BEEF STROGANOFF WITH PAPPARDELLE
One Recipe. Two Delicious Versions.
A rich, comforting family favourite. Slow-cooked mushrooms and onions create a deeply savoury sauce, while the adults’ version is finished with tender fillet steak, red wine and plenty of fresh tarragon. The baby version keeps all of those comforting flavours in a gentle, little-one-friendly meal using beef mince.
Serves: 4 adults + 3–4 baby portions
Serves 4 adults and 4 tiny feasters
LAMB TAGINE
One meal. Two versions. The whole family fed.
Rich, gently spiced and slow-cooked until the lamb is beautifully tender. The grown-up version gets an extra hit of harissa, chilli, apricots, almonds and honey, while the Tiny Feaster version keeps all those lovely warming flavours without the added salt, chilli or honey.
Serves 4 adults and 4 tiny feasters
FAMILY SEAFOOD RISOTTO
Two pans this time. One delicious family dinner.
Usually at The Tiny Feast Co. we’re all about cooking once and making simple adaptations along the way. But sometimes, two pans just make more sense.
For this seafood risotto, I cook the grown-up and Tiny Feaster versions separately. It makes it easier to manage the wine, salt levels and, importantly, individual fish and shellfish allergens for little ones.
Important: Introduce fish and shellfish allergens appropriately for your baby, particularly before serving a mixed-seafood dish.
TANDOORI CHICKEN FAMILY FEAST
One feast. Simple adaptations. Everyone around the same table.
This is exactly what The Tiny Feast Co. is all about — a big, colourful family feast where your Tiny Feaster can enjoy the same food as everyone else. Tandoori-style roast chicken, creamy tarka dal and ridiculously easy two-ingredient naan breads, with a few little tweaks along the way for baby.
Serves 4 - 6 Adults and 3 - 4 Tiny Feasters
BAKED BEANS
Homemade Baby-Friendly Baked Beans
A simple homemade take on baked beans with no added salt or refined sugar, but still with that lovely sweetness you’d expect from classic baked beans.
CHICKEN AND ZA’ATAR HALLOUMI ORZO
One family recipe. Two delicious versions.
A rich roasted pepper and tomato orzo with tender chicken, with the grown-up version loaded with crispy za’atar halloumi, charred peppers, chorizo crumb, Parmesan, honey and sriracha.
Makes: 2 generous adult portions + around 4 baby/toddler portions
BROCCOLI AND STILTON QUICHE
One Recipe. Two Delicious Versions.
A rich, creamy broccoli quiche for the grown-ups, with soft, cheesy mini quiches for your Tiny Feaster. The same base ingredients, adapted so everyone can enjoy the same meal together.
TRADITIONAL SPAG BOL
One Meal. Two Versions.
A proper family favourite. This slow-cooked bolognese is rich, comforting and packed with vegetables. By cooking two casserole dishes side by side, everyone can enjoy the same meal, with a perfectly seasoned version for the grown-ups and a baby-friendly version made without added salt or wine.
Serves 4 - 6 Adults and 3 - 4 Tiny Feasters
CHINESE STYLE PORK AND BROCCOLI
Slow-braised until meltingly tender, this family favourite is packed with warming Chinese-inspired flavours. For the grown-ups, the pork is crisped in the air fryer before being coated in a rich, glossy sauce. The baby version keeps all the comforting flavours but with reduced salt and a softer texture that’s perfect for little ones.
FAMILY BEEF RENDANG
Rich, fragrant and meltingly tender, this family-friendly beef rendang is packed with aromatic spices and slow-cooked until the beef falls apart with a spoon. The adults enjoy all the bold flavours of a traditional rendang, while the baby version keeps those wonderful aromatics but leaves out the chilli, sugar, soy sauce and added salt.
Serves: 3-4 adults plus 3-4 baby portions
VEGGIE PACKED CHICKEN LASAGNE
This is comfort food at its best. Tender slow-roasted chicken, a creamy vegetable-packed sauce and a rich cheesy topping make this a family favourite. The adults get a beautifully indulgent lasagne with crispy golden cheese, while little ones enjoy a softer version packed with vegetables and gentle flavours.
Serves: 4–6 adults plus 4–6 baby portions
SEAFOOD GRATIN
Luxury Fish Gratin
This isn't one for the freezer—it's one for those evenings when you want something that feels a little bit special without spending hours in the kitchen. Rich, comforting and packed with flaky salmon, cod and luxurious seafood, it's an indulgent meal for two with a perfectly adapted little portion for your baby. Luxury, but wonderfully simple.
CHICKEN AND CHORIZO RISOTTO
Risotto does take a little patience, but it's absolutely worth it!
PORK AND FENNEL RAGU
A rich, comforting family meal packed with sweet fennel and slow-cooked pork. The adult version is layered with pancetta, fennel seeds and white wine, while the baby version keeps all the delicious flavour in a little one-friendly form.
Serves: 4 adults + approximately 4 baby portions
