TZATZIKI DIP

Preview

Cool, creamy and packed with fresh cucumber, garlic and herbs, homemade tzatziki is the perfect companion to so many family meals. Whether you’re serving it alongside our Greek-Style Slow-Cooked Lamb, spooning it into warm flatbreads or simply using it as a dip for crunchy vegetables, it brings freshness and balance to every plate.

IngredientS

  • 60g Cucumber

  • 130g Full-fat Greek Yogurt

  • 10g Fresh Mint

  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

METHOD

Adult Version

1. Halve the cucumber lengthways and use a teaspoon to scrape out the seeds. This helps prevent the tzatziki from becoming watery.

2. Finely chop the cucumber and add to a bowl.

3. Add the Greek yoghurt, fresh mint, dried mint and lemon juice.

4. Stir well until fully combined.

5. Chill until ready to serve.

Baby Version

1. Halve the cucumber lengthways and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.

2. Finely grate the cucumber instead of chopping it.

3. Add to a bowl with the Greek yoghurt, fresh mint, dried mint and lemon juice.

4. Stir until combined.

Serving Suggestions

Adults: Delicious with Greek-style lamb, flatbreads, salads, grilled vegetables or as part of a mezze spread.

Babies: Serve alongside soft lamb, vegetable fritters, roasted vegetables or use as a dip for finger foods.
